Account deletion
Delete your ClearTurn account
This page explains how to fully delete a ClearTurn login and the personal data tied to it. ClearTurn is operated by CROSS COUNTY ELITE NAIL LLC.
How to request deletion
- Email support@clearturn.app from the email address on your ClearTurn account, with the subject Delete my ClearTurn account. If you can’t send it from that address, ask your salon’s owner to send it for you.
- We verify the request, to make sure it comes from the account’s owner or from the salon.
- We delete your sign-in account and the personal data tied to it within 30 days, and reply to tell you it is done.
What we delete
- Your sign-in account: your email address and your password.
- Your link to the salon, so the login can no longer be used anywhere in ClearTurn.
- Other personal data tied to the login that is not part of the salon’s records.
What we keep, and why
We keep the salon’s turn and audit records, because they are business records of the salon: they show which technician received which turn, and who made each change. Past entries may still show the name that was on them, unless the law requires us to remove it.
Deactivating is not deleting
A salon owner can turn a login off in ClearTurn’s settings. That stops the login from signing in, but it is not the same as deletion: the login and the data tied to it stay. This page is for full deletion.
Technicians
Technicians do not have a ClearTurn login. To have your information removed, ask your salon’s owner or write to support@clearturn.app. The same rule about the salon’s records applies.
More detail is in the Privacy Policy.
